Heidi Krohn Olsen
Daglig leder / Mentor / Interiørarkitekt MA
Heidi is an interior architect and the founder of Krohnark, an interior design studio born from a desire to rebel against mediocrity and redefine what exceptional design can be.
Refusing to follow the conventional path, Heidi created a space where creativity, bold thinking, and personal transformation are not only welcomed—but expected. We challenge convention.
Driven by an uncompromising standard for excellence, Heidi leads her team to constantly push boundaries, challenge norms, and deliver more than just aesthetic spaces.
Every project is an opportunity to spark change—both in how clients experience their environments and how they see themselves within them.
At the heart of Krohnark is a belief: that great design doesn’t just decorate a space, it dares it to be something more. And that kind of courage? It starts at the top – and it needs a team that supports that. I believe we have the best team to take you there!

Helle is particularly interested in how thoughtful design can support long-term functionality, wellbeing, and a reduced environmental footprint.
Her approach is rooted in understanding the broader context of a space and its users, ensuring that each project balances form and function. She values honest materials, durability, and a clear concept that connects architecture and interior seamlessly.
Helle has been part of Krohnark for over 12 years and became a partner in the company in 2017. She enjoys developing strong, interdisciplinary teams and guiding projects from early ideas to built environments that make a difference.

She has over six years of experience working on a wide range of projects including residential, office, restaurant, and commercial interiors. In addition to her design work, she has been involved in social media management and photography, blending creative direction with strategic communication.
Laura’s design approach is rooted in a deep respect for materials and context. She is drawn to natural textures, layered atmospheres, and interiors that express personality. Rather than imposing a particular style, she lets the architecture and environment guide the design direction—often adding a unique detail, vintage find, or unexpected color to create something memorable. She sees interiors as living spaces with moods and layers, where some qualities reveal themselves over time.
She enjoys the early creative stages of a project—developing the core concept, finding the right visual language, and solving spatial challenges like puzzles. Laura also loves working in 3D, as it allows her to visualize and communicate ideas clearly. Selecting materials and furniture that align with the concept is one of her favorite parts, along with visiting sites and watching a project come to life.
Laura finds inspiration in the past—art movements, design history, and emotional expression through form and color. Her creativity is also shaped by travel, fashion, photography, and film. To her, good design is like a language—translating function into something timeless and meaningful.
